Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website or take part in our research.

Last updated 3 August 2026. These terms cover the Runway.sg website and our current research activities. Separate terms will apply to the Runway app when it launches.

1. Who we are

Runway.sg is a longevity planning platform operated as part of GetSetUp, based in Singapore.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting our survey, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to submit our survey or contact forms. Our research focuses on adults in Singapore, though the site is publicly accessible.

4. What this site is

This site describes a product in development and invites you to take part in research. Product features shown are planned rather than live, and figures shown in illustrations are examples, not real balances or projections.

5. Taking part in research

Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time. Survey responses are anonymous unless you choose to leave contact details. Where we run a lucky draw alongside a survey, entry is free, the rules and draw details are published with it, and it is conducted under the class licence for survey-related promotional lotteries in Singapore.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't submit false or misleading survey responses, or attempt to submit repeatedly to influence results.
  • Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
  • Don't scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of this site without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Runway name, design, copy and visual materials on this site belong to us. Research findings we publish may be quoted with attribution.

8. Third-party links

We link to external services such as form providers and government schemes. We aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

9. Liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from decisions made on the basis of information shown here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The current version always appears on this page.
